Refund policy

1. Costumes must contain all original components.
2. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging.
3. Item(s) must be new and unused

 

The following items may only be returned if they are unopened with the original seal untouched.  Any items that has been worn altered or removed from packaging are ineligible for returns.

 

• Stockings
• Shoe covers, boot tops, etc.
• Wigs, Beards, or any faux hair.
• Pet Costumes
• Fake Eyelashes
• Make-up
• Fangs, and other false teeth
• Cigarette holders, whistles, blow horns, fake cigarettes/cigars, etc.

 

We are unable to refund any shipping charges

Buyer is responsible for returning items. Whether it be done in store or via shipping.  (Shipping costs back not covered by seller)

 

Due to the nature of Halloween traditions we do not accept returns after the 28st of October.
